Every class is led start to finish. You get taught the movement, watched while you do it, and corrected before it becomes a habit. That's the whole job.
Nine years coaching CrossFit in the Rio Grande Valley. Whether you've never touched a barbell or you're chasing the Open leaderboard — you start where you are, and we go from there.

Big-box gyms sell you a card and hope you never come back. We're built the other way around — small enough that a missed week gets noticed, serious enough that 74 of our members signed up to compete this year.
Every class is led start to finish. You get taught the movement, watched while you do it, and corrected before it becomes a habit. That's the whole job.
The workout on the whiteboard is the same for everyone. What you lift, how far you go, and how it's modified is not. Day one and year five train side by side.
People stay because of who's next to them. Nine years in, we've got members who came for the fitness and stayed for the 6 a.m. crew.
Three ways in, depending on where you're coming from.
A short on-ramp before you jump into group class. We walk through the core movements — squat, press, deadlift, and the basics of the olympic lifts — at a pace that lets you actually learn them.
The main event. Warm-up, skill or strength work, then the workout of the day — coached the whole way through, scaled to whoever's in the room that hour.
For members training toward the Open and beyond. Extra volume, skill work, and the accountability of training next to people doing the same thing.
Runs the gym and still competes — reached the Quarterfinals of the 2024 CrossFit Games season.
Level 2 certified, and one of the Charlie Mike athletes who advanced to the Open Quarterfinals.
Every Memorial Day the gym runs Murph — a mile, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, another mile, in a weight vest — for Lt. Michael P. Murphy. It is the hardest day on the calendar and nobody skips it. That's the part of "Continue the Mission" we mean literally.
